Shipping Policy

First of all, THANK YOU so very much for supporting us and choosing to spend your hard earned dollars with our brand. We are honored. Upon checkout, you will be notified on an appropriate shipmate and arrival time. After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Our goal is to ship orders ASAP, but we have a family and that ultimately comes first.  Delivery time is dependent on the shipping option of the clients choice. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed. 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: Unraveled in Twine is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order & are tracked to ensure delivery to the address provided. If your package shows delivered you must contact your local USPS courier to locate your package.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
