Shipping Policy

After an order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Out goal is to ship orders same day, but we have a family and that ultimately comes first.  Delivery time is dependent on the shipping option of the clients choice. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed. Please be aware due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing high volume traffic and a massive delay in shipments.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: Unraveled in Twine is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order & are tracked to ensure delivery to the address provided. If your package shows delivered you must contact your local USPS courier to locate your package.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
