Purpose: Grounded Rest - May this roller allow you to take that much needed rest (we both know) you need. For best usage, place this roller on your nightstand and welcome this scent in to your nighttime routine as the last scent you smell right before you lay down to rest. 

Crystal: Black Onyx & Obsidian

Flower:Calendula - To Symbolize warmth, better communication. As a reminder that we must take the time we need to recharge, we chose Calendula for this blend cause these flowers open at sunrise and close at sunset.

Essential Oils:  A blend of Spruce, Cedarwood Fir, Ylang Ylang: to envelop you in restful delight and ground you in confidence that you did you best and it is time to recharge.

How to use: roll over your wrists, neck, collar bone. Apply a few rolls on your palms, run your hands together, place your hands over your nose and take 5 deep breaths.  Apply as often as you like.
