Purpose: Nourish my Soul  - May this roller be your constant reminder to fuel your should and release that which does not serve you. Too often we on to things that no longer serve us. By releasing that baggage we create space for things that have the potential to nourish our souls.

How to use: roll over your wrists, neck, collar bone. Apply a few rolls on your palms, run your hands together, place your hands over your nose and take 5 deep breaths.  Apply as often as you like.
