4 Powerful Manifestation Techniques

K, now that I have your attention. 🎉🥳🎊🍾This post is super cool (if I do say so myself! 🤣).

I see lots of people talk about manifestation and how you can bring anything you want to life!

🙋🏽‍♀️ But how the heck do you do it?

Generic answer: there are LOTS of ways!! 😬🙄

But more specificity, there are certain action steps to activate your path and put into practice how to manifest your desires!

1. The 7 x 7 x 7 Technique

Choose one specific affirmation or goal you will manifest and repeat it to yourself 7 times in the morning and 7 times in the evening, for 7 connective days.

2. The Pillow Method

Write your intention on a scrap of paper and tuck it under your pillow. Then every night, read what you've written and really focus on it while you are falling asleep.

3. Multi Prospective Visualization

Imagine yourself in your ideal state. Visualize yourself from the perspective of others, in a third person point of view.

4: Manifestation Meditation

Guided manifestation meditations can help you get more in touch with your beliefs and act more mindfully toward achieving your desires. I love to use my Audible account to search for some guided meditation sessions. If you don't have audible.
